     Technical Shiprepairs and Maintenance SRL is a Romanian private company, registered at the Industry, Shipping and Agriculture Chamber of Commerce Constanta. The Company is specialized in fittings, repairs and setting in operation maritime equipment and civil engineering.
     It was the very first established company of the Histria Group being a 100% private and all shares are owned by Mr. Gheorghe Bosinceanu.

     The company, ISO 9002 certified with Germanischer Lloyd since December 1998 is working towards its customer's satisfaction.

     Through its high skilled engineers, technicians and workers, Technical Shiprepairs and Maintenance SRL can perform a wide range of repair and maintenance works:
   - Manufacture, fittings and repairs of steel structures;
   - Repairs, fitting, setting in operation for electrical and automation equipment (power supply plant, boilers, main engine automation);
   - Repairs, setting on operation for naval plants and equipment (main and auxiliary engines, compressors, pump, heat exchangers, boilers etc).
   - Cleaning and auto-corrozive protection for steel surfaces (deck, cargo and ballast tanks etc.);
   - Sandblasting of metallic surfaces;
   - Construction of steel scaffolding (app. 60000cm);
   - Ship carpentry repairs;
   - Ship sections new-buildings as subcontractor.
     TSM Constanta perform the company activities in Constanta Harbor inside Constanta Shipyard within approximately 100 highly qualified and experienced workers, including very responsive technical staff to all domain novelties.
     TSM has technical authorization and certifications for employed personnel and process, from national and international organizations.
