Since beginning of 1998 the company management realized the necessity to implement the Quality Assurance System (QAS).This complex process was initiated using, as a guided line, standard ISO 9002/94.
     Technical Shiprepairs and Maintenance Quality Assurance System has been accredited by Germanischer Lloyd since 15.12.1998.
     TSM policy is to supply products and associated services, which satisfy all internal and external clients requirements, and expectation on the period in use of products is.
     Management procedures in TSM assure a reliable and professional service to meet the needs of our customers - from the preparation of tenders, contract award, through to the proper application and inspection of work as it progresses, including post contractual guarantees.
